Intestinal PWS

Wondering if anyone has information on any medical cases involving vascular tissue inside the intestines. Our son was born with PWS covering about 50 percent of his right arm. Now a teenager he is undergoing medical tests to determine the source of internal bleeding that showed up several weeks ago. They have ruled out the usual suspects such as ecoli and the colonoscopy and endoscopy came out clean. Thanks for your help.
