Cheek HM-need help with treatment options

Hello, this is the first time i make a thread.. i have a 23 month old little girl, she was born with a hemangioma on her right cheek..we took her to various doctors but all with different opinions.. she is almost 2 years old her Hm has not changed, it has some graying in the middle but same size, it seems she is a slow to involute. we are unsure if we should have the Hm removed by surgery, we were told that if by age 2-3 if it appeared the same that we could operate h do to it affecting her emotionally. Now she's turning two and she knows that she has a birthmark and daily she picks at it and will even go see herself in the mirror and try to take it off and starts to cry because she cant

we live in san antonio tx and cant seem to find a good doctor..if anybody can help me please do.. we are so confused on what to do!

Found it. I just replied via email. Also, hopefully others will pipe up with their experiences with surgeons in TX.
