Idea to help distinguish people:

I noticed that in most every post in a thread evey one of us describes where we have PWS or where our children have it. Since the Personal Text (appears under your name on each post) is central, maybe we could use this spot to describe where our PWS is. Just a thought, trying to make it easier on all.
