Yes they do. You and your doctor have to prove to the insurance company that laser treatment is a nasasity and not to be considered as cosmetic surgery. Blue Cross Blue Shields has covered my laser treatments for the past 18 years. Most insurance companies do not like to cover pre exsiting conditions, but there is always ways around that and the doctors office you choose to go to should be able to help.
