Default hemangioma gone away on its own

Hi there! Thought I would share my album of my daughter's hand hemangioma. It grew pretty big, but it has totally gone away by age 3. No treatment at all. So I just want people to know it can happen and sometimes waiting it out is ok!

I am not against treating hemangiomas in any way. My older daughter has a lip hemangioma that ulcerated when she was a baby. She was on oral streroids, she had surgery and laser. So intervention is certainly needed at times. I wonder how many families are out there who have had 2 children with hemangiomas with two totally different courses like us! (3 out of 4 of my daughters actually have hemangiomas. The other one was pretty tiny (no treatment)

Anyway, haven't shared these in a while..I thought maybe people might like to see them if they are in one boat or the other! We've been in both boats!
