Default Treatment for nodules

I have a PWS on the left side of my face. I am male.48 years ol.
I would catch one or 2 of the nodules when shaving from tome to tome and they would bleed forever.

A couple of nodules were quite prominent and the skin was taking on a cobblestone texture.

About 7 years ago I had surgery to remove these nodules and the change was enormous.
Over the past 7 years some new ones popped up and got to the point where one in particular would just bleed if slightly rubbed.
So off to the surgeon again. This time only 3 were incised . All of the smaller nodules or raised bits were treated via diathermy. This has had an excellent result. Far faster recover time than being chopped, less post op pain. (infact I had almost zero pain at any time)
The diathermy treatment was recommended as being a little more permanent than the laser because of the nature of it running down the vessel to seal it all up rather than just the top bit.??
Treatment wasnt to remove the pws but to treat the raised nodules. Very pleased with outcome.
