Default Aching PWS

Hi all

I am new to the site. I'm a female and will be 36 next week. I have a PWS on my cheek which extends to the side of my nose and right up to my lower eyelid and inner of my eye. I have had over 30 PDL treatments on it but have not had any for around 3 years since falling pregnant with my little girl who is now almost 22 months.

I have had an awful ache for the past few days in my cheek and the PWS looks darker than it has done. This is unusual as usually it does this in cold weather and not when it is lovely and warm as it has been.

I noticed that some of you have also had aches and pains and I wondered whether you had any tips or hints, other than more treatment?

i don't have aches. pimples can hurt tears in the skin. can feel the blood pulsing around on a hot day all over. Unless its one of those days when i had a high fever and my birthmark is swollen, i don't really have much feeling

is it possible that the birthmark is growing back due to the three year break from treatment ? i wonder if that is whats causing your pain.
