Dr. Richter is the Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology, Waner Endowed Chair in pediatric facial plastics and reconstruction, and the Director of both the Vascular Anomalies and Aerodigestive Centers. He runs a laboratory dedicated to the investigation of vascular anomalies airway disorders in children and his academic and educational interests include pediatric airway and swallowing problems, hemangiomas and vascular malformations, head and neck cysts and tumors, pediatric facial plastics and reconstruction, and hearing and ear disorders.
