Dr. Richard S. Rosenblum was born and raised in Virginia Beach. He graduated from Norfolk Academy and went on to study at Colgate University, where he played football and majored in religion. He returned to the south to attend the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He began his surgical training at the University of Kentucky in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Focused on achieving true Board Certification in Plastic Surgery, he was invited to attend prestigious Vanderbilt University where he completed his Plastic Surgery residency. He ultimately achieved rare double board certification in both Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery.
