September 14th is my birthday. It is also my twin sister’s birthday and my younger brother was born on our birthday. Celebrating our birthdays together was always a family tradition. Unfortunately, my brother is no longer with us, and this year, my twin will be in Paris on our birthday. So, I am celebrating my birthday with YOU, the VBF community. And, yes, I am 39, again 😬
All proceeds will go toward assisting our families with getting an accurate diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan. Every penny raised will have a purpose and you will be my partner with that purpose. You and I together will be helping our VBARS (vascular birthmarks, anomalies, and/or related syndromes) community.
No amount is too small or too big. My goal for this year is $3,000 but I really hope that I exceed that goal. With your help, I think that I can.
Next year is the 30th Anniversary for VBF and we will have reached 150,000 families networked into treatment since I founded VBF in 1994. I do not want a birthday cake or presents or even anyone to ask me how old I am (lol). All I want is to raise money that will help our families. Please help me to reach my goal.
