I hope you will join us for the 2020 Annual VBF Vascular Birthmarks / Anomalies Conference & Clinic at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, New York, now set for Saturday, December 12, 2020 (rescheduled from September 26 due to COVID).
Our international family conference, now in its 21st year, is the only one of its kind in the world. We offer lectures from the top experts in the field on the latest in research and treatment options on Saturday morning, followed by an afternoon of individual clinic appointments with our multidisciplinary team of expert specialists who provide an informal diagnosis and treatment plan for every patient.
Our conference serves individuals with any type of vascular birthmark, anomaly or syndrome including hemangiomas, port-wine stain birthmarks, lymphatic malformations, arteriovenous malformations, venous malformations, KTS, PHACES, CLOVES, CMTC, and Sturge-Weber Syndrome, among all others. We turn no-one away.
We are thankful that Dr. Roy G. Geronemus of the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York will again offer FREE LASER TREATMENT the day before the conference, on Friday, December 11, to the first 50 eligible families to register.
Thanks to our sponsors, we will also grant a FREE HOTEL ROOM at the beautiful Shelburne Affinia Hotel in New York City for check-in on Friday, December 11 to the first 50 eligible families to register.
We also plan to offer dental and orthodontic exams for those qualified, insurance support, psychotherapy support groups, birthmark support networking opportunities, and professional make-up consultations, as well as professional daycare service, breakfast, and lunch for your whole family.
Your $100 all-inclusive registration fee (only $25 for those requesting a fee waiver) includes all of our conference and clinic services, including free laser therapy and the hotel room for qualified individuals, as well as admission for your entire family. Registration can be completed online, or through our mail-in registration form, and requires a photo showing the vascular birthmark so that we can assign you to the appropriate clinical team/s.
At our 2018 International family conference in New York, we welcomed over 300 people, provided over one hundred individual clinic appointments, granted over 75 free hotel rooms, and made possible at least 42 free laser treatments. Our goal is to make this years’ event our most transformative yet.
Free laser treatments and free hotel rooms fill up fast and are subject to availability and eligibility, so please register early to begin the screening process and to reserve your spot today.
Please visit our Conference Information Page for complete details about the event, including how we are prioritizing safety due to COVID-19, and don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with absolutely any questions. Our VBF Family looks forward to welcoming you this December.!
