VBF’s “More Than a Birthmark” awareness campaign—launched in 2021—illustrates how individuals within VBF’s community are more than their birthmark. Last year, we asked participants to send us photos of themselves with three non-birthmark facts, and we received more than 200 global submissions, which we shared on social media.

In 2022, we’re excited to launch the “My Birthmark, My Story” campaign starting with our Month of Awareness to continue to share with others how we are ALL #MoreThanABirthmark. And, we’re looking to feature YOUR story.

Want to participate? Please send a 30-second video that includes: your name, age, geographic location, your vascular birthmark type, and three non-birthmark facts about yourself to social@birthmark.org. Submissions will be shared at our website page and on the VBF social media pages.
