"We relied on the Vascular Birthmarks Foundation to provide us with the information, the contacts, the resources, and the support that we needed to get through this difficult time. Their theme, "We are making a difference" couldn't be more accurate. For us, it was all the difference in the world."
Jill Brown

Hi Linda
Just a note to say how wonderful I found the interview of you and Capital 9 news. Thanks so much for your devotion.

VBF is very excited to announce that that Retired Hall of Fame NFL football player, Joe DeLamielleure is coming to our Family Fun Day in Niskayuna! He will be there between 10 and 11 am and will sign autographs for kids. Joe played for the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns. He is a 6 time pro bowl selection, 6 time all-pro, NFL 1970’s All-Decades Team.

We are proud to announce that our 2014 Birthmark Champion is Gabriella (“Gabbi”) Thomas, a local girl whose parents found help through VBF. Steve and Becky Thomas were out to dinner with Gabbi, then 8 months old, when they were approached by friends of Dr. Linda’s who told them about VBF and provided them with Dr. Linda’s phone number. Shortly afterwards Gabbi was networked into treatment and had surgery to remove a large portion of her hemangioma, located over her left eye. Gabbi has also received three laser treatments and has two more to go.
